Eligibility for Returns

  • You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Non-returnable items include custom or personalized products, gift cards, and clearance items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Once we review your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item, including the return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely and include proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
